What kind of yarn is included in your crochet kits?
We have selected premium, fluffy chenille yarn to make your mochi plushies extra squishy and cuddly. The yarn is 100% polyester and machine washable.
Choose from a variety of our carefully curated yarn colors to create interchangeable clothes and accessories for your plushies that match your personal style!
How do I access the crochet pattern for my crochet kit?
To get started with your crochet kit:
- Scan the QR code on the back of your pattern card to visit the patterns page.
- Select your kit and enter the password on the back of your pattern card to access the PDF crochet pattern.

Are your crochet kits beginner friendly?
Yes, but having some crochet experience is recommended. Our crochet kits only require the basic crochet skills: how to make a magic ring, single crochet, slip stitch, increase, and decrease. It's also helpful to know basic sewing skills and how to read crochet patterns. Our kits include an easy to follow PDF crochet pattern with detailed photos as guides!

What is the size of a completed plushie?
The estimated dimensions for the plushies are listed in the product descriptions. However, the dimensions may vary based on gauge and tension of your crochet stitches.
Are the accessories compatible with all the plushies?
Precisely! Our crochet kits are specially designed to be modular! That means all the plushies can wear any of the clothing and accessories for endless combinations and possibilities! Try to keep your gauge relatively consistent while crocheting to ensure a better fit of the accessories on your plushies.
How do I care for my completed plushie?
The yarn is machine washable, but we recommend hand washing if possible to make your plushie last longer. Let your plushie air dry after washing.
Are the completed crochet plushies safe for babies?
Absolutely! The yarn is safe for babies and extremely soft to the touch. To ensure the plushie is completely safe for small children, we recommend replacing the plastic safety eyes with embroidered eyes using the dark brown yarn included in the plushie kit.
Can I sell my completed plushie made with your crochet kits or patterns?
Our crochet patterns are for personal use only. Please do not duplicate or distribute the patterns in any way, shape, or form online or offline. You can sell your completed plushies in small quantities with credit to Mochi Chums and a link to mochichums.com.

Orders
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed in 2-4 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders $75 or more within the contiguous US only.
Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated by product weight and shipping location.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the US.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
